We had SO much fun doing our special animal themed music session to raise money for the children’s charity Barnado’s this year. It was part of their Big Toddle http://www.barnardos.org.uk/bigtoddle/ which is the UK’s largest charity event for preschoolers. All the children were rewarded with medals at the end for their morning of musical adventures.
Many of the little ones dressed up as their favourite animal, or carrying a favourite stuffed toy. Amongst them were lots of ladybirds, tigers, elephants, giraffe, sheep, a crocodile, a shark and even a penguin.
Our challenge: a whole music session playing and singing as many animal songs as we could.
