Introducing Bernie Stewart!
Bernie is truly perfect for Mish Mash.
As well as working as a Montessori nursery teacher, Bernie teaches music in nursery and pre-schools and has trained in the ‘Kodaly’ method of music teaching with young children. Bernie also has a degree in performing arts, and has worked as a director and actor/musician with many children’s theatre companies, including Polka, Quicksilver and Arena Touring Theatre.
Like Ruth, Bernie has a love of live music, also playing guitar and flutes, and is currently learning African drums too! Bernie and Ruth met through music: studying jazz vocals together.
