As a trained drum circle facilitator and drummer, I run dynamic, creative workshops for schools and groups providing your participants with fun, inspiring, valuable musical experiences.
Mish Mash Music can provide sessions from an hour or several day workshop, to ongoing clubs and weekly sessions.
I arrive at your venue with a wonderful assortment of colourful drums and percussion. Within a few minutes, we are making fantastic rhythms and are transported into an all encompassing musical experience.
Being trained as a drum circle facilitator, I have the tools to support a group, and take them from never having played, to playing together as a harmonious group. We all have innate rhythm (in fact scientists have found that babies as young as two weeks have a sense of rhythm). My role is to provide the experiences through games and activities, African songs and rhythms to allow your participants to be part of the music.
Participants are left inspired to enjoy music making, knowing how good they can sound, and how much they can enjoy simply playing as a group.
